Safety is our top priority; we will never put your dog in harm’s way. We will reschedule for inclement weather (i.e. thunderstorms, tornado warnings, heavy summer rains & hurricanes). Otherwise, we honor out commitment to your dog’s needs!

We require 24 hours advanced notice of any service cancellations to avoid a fee. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge for services.

Yes! We walk up to three dogs at once, given that all dogs reside in the same household. We do not mix dogs together that are not from the same residence for safety reasons.

Holiday and weekend service is subject to availability. Major holiday services are charged at an additional 50% fee to your published rate.
